Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to develop a tailored treatment plan for each patient, utilizing your expertise and clinical judgment.

• Engage with clients through both in-person video sessions and teletherapy, employing evidence-based techniques such as solution-focused therapy, behavioral activation, and motivational interviewing.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychologists and primary care providers, to promote a holistic and integrated care approach that optimizes patient outcomes.

• Monitor and evaluate client progress regularly, adjusting treatment plans as needed to best support their mental health journey.

• Assist patients with the management of prescribed psychotropic medications, emphasizing adherence, assessment of side effects, and ensuring effective treatment pathways.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• A current, valid, and unrestricted license to practice independently as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Arizona.
