What You'll Do

• Meet with homeowners to inspect roofs for storm-related damage
• Educate customers about roofing solutions and the insurance restoration process
• Generate new business through neighborhood outreach, referrals, networking, and prospecting
• Build strong customer relationships based on trust and professionalism
• Guide customers through the sales process from inspection to project completion
• Follow up with prospects and maintain accurate customer records
• Work independently while receiving ongoing coaching from experienced leaders

What We're Looking For

• Some experience in sales or customer service strongly preferred
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Strong communication and people skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Competitive mindset with a desire to earn based on performance
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently and manage your schedule
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check

Sales or roofing experience is a plus, but it is not required. We hire for attitude and train for success.
