What You'll Do

• Sew a variety of products
• Perform cutting tasks to prepare materials for production
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
• Identify and handle defective or nonconforming items
• Package and ship finished products according to customer orders
• Maintain accurate production and quality records
• Follow safety procedures and work instructions
• Support team production goals and assist in other areas as needed

What We're Looking For

• Previous sewing or seamstress experience preferred
• Experience with industrial sewing machines is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to learn multiple sewing processes and machine types
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Comfortable working in a production environment

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hickory, NC.

The pay range for this position is $18.85 - $18.85/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
