Role Description
Als Head of Marketing (m/w/d) verantwortest du unsere Neukundengewinnung und unsere Marke. Du entwickelst die Strategie, baust das Team auf und treibst das Wachstum über alle Kanäle voran. In dieser Senior-Leadership-Rolle übernimmst du echte Verantwortung: Du berichtest direkt an unseren Gründer und CEO, führst das Marketing-Team und hast echte Budgetverantwortung.
- Du definierst und steuerst Ostroms Marketingstrategie über Brand, Performance, Preisvergleichsportale, D2D, Social und CRM.
- Du verantwortest unsere Unit Economics mit sehr klarem Fokus auf kanalübergreifende(r) CAC-Optimierung, CAC-Payback und LTV/CAC in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Finance.
- Du arbeitest eng mit unserem Produkt- und Operations-Team an neuen Produktlaunches.
- Du entwickelst und führst unser schlankes und leistungsstarkes Marketingteam.
- Du treibst die Einführung von AI-Tools im gesamten Marketing voran und findest die Use Cases mit dem größten Hebel (Personalisierung, Predictive Analytics).
- Du bleibst hands-on und treibst Kerninitiativen eigenständig voran.
Qualifications
- 7+ Jahre Erfahrung im Marketing, davon mindestens 3 in einer Führungsrolle in einem schnell wachsenden Start-up, Scale-up oder einem vergleichbaren dynamischen Umfeld.
- Du arbeitest extrem datenbasiert, kannst relevante Marketing- und Business-Daten analysieren, verständlich visualisieren und daraus klare Entscheidungen ableiten.
- Du nutzt moderne Tools, KI-gestützte Workflows und Automatisierung, um Marketing-Prozesse effizienter zu machen und skalierbare Systeme aufzubauen.
- Du hast B2C-Consumer-Brands skaliert, idealerweise in Energie, Fintech (Banking/Insurance) oder vergleichbaren Branchen.
- Starkes Verständnis für Brand- und Performance-Marketing, mit Hands-on-Erfahrung in der kanalübergreifenden Steuerung, Optimierung und Erfolgsmessung.
- Sehr gutes wirtschaftliches Verständnis: Du denkst in Unit Economics, Margen und Customer Lifetime Value.
- Absolutes Muss: Deutsch auf Muttersprachniveau, sehr gutes Englisch in Wort und Schrift.
- Builder-Mindset: Du kommst gut mit Unklarheit zurecht, priorisierst klar und bringst Dinge pragmatisch voran.
- Klare, souveräne Kommunikation, schriftlich und persönlich.
