About the Role
The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President, Channel to join their team. This role is pivotal in enhancing the capacity and efficiency of the sales process, with a focus on increasing the Regional Vice President's capacity, improving speed-to-lead, and elevating the overall prospect experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining data accuracy in Salesforce, managing the sales pipeline, and supporting the RVP in various sales execution tasks. This includes operational support, responsiveness, and removing friction from the sales process to allow the RVP to concentrate on selling and developing partnerships. The role is primarily internal, with some external contact, and serves as a potential career progression path to a Regional Vice President position for high-performing individuals. Applicants for the Associate Vice President, Channel position at the company should be highly organized, process-driven, and possess strong communication skills. A detail-oriented individual with a high standard for data accuracy and task execution is essential. The role requires a self-starter with a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, and at least 2 years' of experience in financial services, sales support, or sales operations. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of the industry and investment management, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms, as well as Microsoft Office, is necessary. The role demands a reliable partner who can operate behind the scenes to improve execution and is flexible to travel as needed.
