About the Role

The Company is seeking a strategic Associate Vice President of Sales to lead its West Sales team in North America. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and leading a team of talented Enterprise Account Executives, with a focus on driving growth across strategic and enterprise customers. This role requires the ability to inspire a culture of teamwork, customer value, and measurable business outcomes, as well as the development of trusted relationships with customers and partners to support long-term growth. The AVP of Sales will also be instrumental in fostering continuous learning about the company's technical capabilities and future product roadmap, and will lead the team in North American West Enterprise growth planning, ensuring forecast accuracy and a predictable, high-growth business. Candidates for this role should have a strong desire to build a collaborative and inspired team culture, and must embody the company's core values. Experience in building high-growth sales teams for enterprise customers, particularly in the context of new technology sales, is essential. The ideal candidate will have a history of exceeding sales quotas in similar high-growth enterprise software companies and a deep understanding of value selling and structured sales methodologies. Knowledge of developing the partner ecosystem and experience in implementing strategies for usage and booking-based sales revenue models are also key requirements. The role is pivotal in helping customers drive innovation, operational efficiency, and revenue growth by leveraging the company's AI platform.
