Are you an organized, detail-oriented professional with experience supporting construction projects and coordinating multiple priorities?
Our client, a leader in providing commercial construction solutions for more than 35 years, is seeking a Construction Project Coordinator & HR Administrator to support project execution and key HR administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Project coordination and documentation management
- Procore administration and project tracking
- Purchase orders and change orders
- Submittals and engineer-stamped drawings
- Project closeout documentation
- Coordination with contractors, manufacturers, and project stakeholders
- Employee onboarding, HR administration, Benefits, Background Checks & other HR support
Qualifications
- Project Coordinator, Project Administrator, Construction Administrator, or similar experience
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Experience supporting construction, engineering, contractor, or project-based environments
- Procore experience (highly preferred)
- HR administration experience (is a plus)
