Creature's Comfort Pet Lodge in Gulfport, MS, is looking for a dedicated Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our pet lodge. What You’ll Do

As the Receptionist, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our operations run smoothly and our customers feel valued. Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting customers and providing a welcoming first impression.
• Answering phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
• Composing and responding to emails with clarity and professionalism.
• Managing basic computer tasks and maintaining accurate records.
• Assisting with customer inquiries and ensuring their needs are met.

We’re seeking someone who is:

• Customer-friendly : You love interacting with people and providing excellent service.
• Tech-savvy : You have basic computer knowledge and can confidently compose emails.
• Professional communicator : Whether on the phone or in writing, you’re clear, courteous, and professional.
• Trustworthy : You’re dependable and can be relied on to handle tasks with care and confidentiality.
• Experienced : At least 1 year of experience in a similar role is preferred.
