Physicians Pain & Spine Specialists is looking to hire a Medical Front Desk Receptionist.

Duties include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Taking detailed accurate messages.
• Appointment scheduling for one provider only.
• Checking patients in and out.
• Collecting payments.
• Verifying insurance benefits and determining patient responsibility.
• Verifying authorization for services.
• Making and maintaining patient charts.
• Record copying/scanning into EHR.
• Typing letters.

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Previous experience using AdvancedMd and Practicefusion is a plus but not required.
• Friendly, outgoing, and professional in appearance, and speech.
• Must be proactive, self-directed, possess excellent verbal, written, and communication/customer service skills.
• Organized, dependable, detail-oriented, confident, and service-oriented.
• Able to MULTI-TASK is essential.
• Must be able to work with, take instruction and direction from co-workers during the training process.
• Enjoy working independently in a fast-paced, multitask easily, and can juggle different priorities as they arise.
• Work best with little guidance and can follow direction but MOST importantly you are a team player.
• Willingness and flexibility to adapt is expected and required.

Job Type:

• FULL-TIME position.
