Front Desk Clerk

Description

The FRONT DESK CLERK for Island View Casino & Beach Resort Hotels is responsible for greeting and welcoming guests, checking guests in and out of assigned rooms, managing online and telephone bookings, verifying guests' payment methods during check-in, accurately uses proper telephone techniques and etiquette, and provides guest with information including hotel, casino and restaurants, including hours of operations, special events and promotions.

Position Requirements

Must be 18 years of age with a High school diploma or GED. Must have 1-2 years' experience as a Hotel Front Desk Agent, Receptionist or similar role.
