The University of Miami is seeking a Nurse Educator 2 for the Inpatient Critical Care Services (CVICU and SICU) to lead education for nursing and clinical staff across multiple sites in Miami. Under the supervision of the Nurse Educator 3 and Manager, you will assess learning needs, develop programs, support onboarding, ensure competency, and promote retention by fostering collaboration with interdisciplinary teams. #J-18808-Ljbffr University of Miami
