Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $20.00/hr | Weekly Pay
Shift: Monday-Friday | 8:00AM - 4:30PM | Full-Time | Hybrid: 3 Onsite / 2 Remote

What’s a typical day as a Customer Service Representative? You’ll be:
  • Providing excellent customer service to internal and external customers via inbound and outbound communications
  • Answering incoming emails, assisting with quotes, orders, and providing tracking updates and general inquiries
  • Maintaining professionalism and establishing positive rapport with customers and teammates
  • Entering quotes and orders, processing requests accurately and promptly using SAP and other systems
  • Meeting customer service targets such as order entry and handling miscellaneous administrative duties as needed
  • Collaborating with other internal departments to resolve customer needs
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
  • Have previous customer service experience (mandatory)
  • Are skilled in accurate data entry and patient, diplomatic communication
  • Possess strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, SAP, or other CRM systems
  • Are able to learn quickly and adapt to new processes
  • Are available to work weekends, nights, and some holidays as required
  • Hold a minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
