Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Engage closely with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, healthcare providers, and nursing staff to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care
• Guide Patients and Caregivers: Provide education on therapy methods and ongoing support to enhance recovery at home
• Track and Record Progress: Monitor patient outcomes and modify treatment strategies as necessary to ensure sustained growth

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
• Continued education and post-graduate certifications are encouraged and supported

Certifications

• Active certification as an Occupational Therapist (OTR/L)
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) credential is essential
