Job Description

• Craft Customized Treatment Plans: Assess patients' individual needs and create tailored therapy strategies to help them achieve their functional aspirations.
• Deliver Therapeutic Interventions: Implement evidence-based techniques to improve patients' motor skills, cognitive functions, and everyday living routines.
• Engage with Collaborative Teams: Work hand-in-hand with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses to provide comprehensive, integrated care.
• Educate Patients and Families: Guide patients and caregivers through therapy methods that encourage continued progress and healing at home.
• Track and Document Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and modify treatment as necessary to ensure patients remain on the path to success.

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited university
• Encouragement for ongoing education and professional certifications

Certifications

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT certification is a requirement
