Craft Personalized Therapy Plans: Analyze patient needs and formulate tailored treatment strategies to help them reach functional milestones

Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Employ evidence-based methodologies to enhance patients' motor abilities, cognitive skills, and everyday functionality

Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work alongside OTs, PTs, SLPs, physicians, and nurses to deliver thorough, well-rounded patient care

Educate Patients and Families: Guide clients and their loved ones on therapeutic techniques to promote continued improvement at home

Evaluate and Document Progress: Monitor treatment outcomes and make necessary adjustments to keep patients on track toward their goals

Master's or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution

Continued education or advanced certifications are encouraged and facilitated

Current Occupational Therapist Registered / Licensed (OTR/L) status required

NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification mandatory

A genuine passion for aiding others and a drive to enable people in achieving their utmost independence
