Accounts Payable Specialist: 401k Match + Sage Intacct

About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable Specialist with a minimum of 3 years of experience to join our accounting team. The ideal candidate will have strong invoice processing experience, excellent multitasking abilities, and familiarity with Sage Intacct. This position is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices. Key Responsibilities Enter and process high-volume vendor invoices accurately and efficiently Perform matching of invoices and receiving documents Review invoices for proper approvals, coding, and supporting documentation Maintain accurate accounts payable records and vendor files Assist the accounting team with month-end closing and supporting audits Prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines Qualifications Required Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Bachelor’s preferred. Minimum of 3 years of AP experience Experience with Sage Intaact Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively Proficient in Microsoft Suite Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Knowledge of general accounting principles Experience in high-volume AP Why Join MMG?
