Who we are looking for:

The primary function of this job will include data entry, processing quick check and borrower check requests, processing check runs twice a week, ACH each day, POS pay exception verification with the banks, uploading POS pay files for checks processed in the accounts payable system, scanning and saving checks for future needs, helping with month-end close duties, and other accounting duties as required.

What you’ll do:

• Processing quick check requests in A/P system
• Processing borrower check requests in A/P system
• Process check runs twice a week for CHL, CIA, and CSD
• Process check run once a month for MTV (formerly CFV)
• Process ACH run daily for CHL, CIA, and CSD
• Process ACH runs twice a week on Tuesday and Thursday for MTV (formerly CFV)
• Approve or deny POS pay exceptions as received from the bank by 12:00 noon.
• Upload POS pay files for banks for checks processed at the end of the day.
• Scan in checks printed daily, save in folder with company, description, and date.
• Process and record Concur employee expenses twice a week.
• Assist local Accounting Department
• Assist in daily office duties as needed.
• Assist in special projects as needed.

What you’ll need to be successful:


Success in this job relies on your time management skills, organization, and positive attitude. In addition, you’ll need the following qualifications:

• A minimum of two or more recent years of A/P experience
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Proficient computer skills in MS Word and Excel
• Advanced data entry skills for quick processing
• Organizational skills
