Commercial Litigation Associate

Overview Ballard Spahr LLP is seeking a highly qualified attorney to join its broad and expanding Commercial Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice in Phoenix. The group represents a wide range of local, national, and international clients in all types of complex litigation, regularly appearing in local, state, and federal courts at both the trial and appellate levels. Responsibilities Represent clients in commercial, corporate, financial services, real estate, regulatory, and construction disputes. Qualifications 3 to 5 years of litigation experience, preferably in the areas of commercial, corporate, financial services, real estate, regulatory, or construction disputes. Excellent writing skills, attention to detail, and strong academic credentials. Active bar license in Arizona, or the ability to waive in.
