Emergency Department Clinical Pharmacist

HCA Florida Kendall Hospital is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to ensure safe, effective, cost-conscious medication use within a multidisciplinary team. You will prepare and dispense orders, verify CPOE accuracy, and manage sterile and parenteral therapies following USP 797/800 guidelines. You will interpret orders, document in patient records, monitor drug interactions and dosing, and participate in TPN evaluation and controlled substance handling. #J-18808-Ljbffr JobRx, Inc.
