Work Experience 8+ years of experience in Salesforce delivery, marketing technology, digital product development, or enterprise applications. 5+ years of hands‑on Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience, including Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Contact Builder, and Marketing Cloud APIs. Experience integrating Marketing Cloud with Salesforce CRM, Experience Cloud, Automotive Cloud, and other enterprise platforms. Experience leading external vendors, implementation partners, or managed service providers. Strong background in customer engagement, CRM, lifecycle marketing, and marketing automation. Financial Services and/or Automotive industry experience preferred. Preferred Certifications Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant Salesforce AI Associate or Salesforce Administrator Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Deep expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and customer journey orchestration. Experience with audience segmentation, personalization, campaign automation, and omnichannel marketing. Knowledge of SQL, Marketing Cloud Connect, APIs, and customer data integrations. Understanding of marketing analytics, campaign performance, and attribution reporting. Proven ability to balance platform strategy, technical delivery, and vendor management.
