Sales Leadership OpportunityWe are working on a Sales Leadership opportunity with a global infrastructure organization in the IP and network backbone space. This is a player-coach leadership role where you'll lead a small team of Account Executives while remaining hands-on in driving enterprise sales.What you'll be doing:Lead and develop a team of 3 junior Account ExecutivesDrive new logo acquisition and MRR growth across North AmericaPartner with Product, Engineering, NOC, and Finance on complex dealsOwn pipeline strategy, forecasting, and sales performanceDetails: Seattle, WA (hybrid)Base salary up to $120K $180K+ OTEWhat they're looking for:Experience in telecom, IP transit, or network infrastructure salesPrevious experience managing sales professionalsStrong hunter mentality with a track record of enterprise deal executionComfortable working in a technical, fast-paced environmentIf you're an experienced sales leader looking for a hands-on opportunity with a growing infrastructure organization, we would love to connect, send your resume to: View email address on click.appcast.io
