Base Pay: $17.00/hour + Commission

We are seeking motivated, results-driven Financial Consultants who are passionate about helping people improve their financial situations while developing a successful career in sales and financial services.

What You'll Do

As a Financial Consultant, you'll connect with prospective clients, assess their financial needs, and guide them toward the most appropriate debt-relief solutions. You'll serve as the client's primary point of contact throughout the onboarding process and play a key role in helping them achieve a stronger financial future.

Responsibilities Include:

• Connect with prospective clients through phone, text, and email communications
• Build relationships and understand each client's unique financial circumstances
• Evaluate income, debt obligations, and credit information to identify suitable solutions
• Present debt consolidation and debt modification options with clarity and professionalism
• Manage and maintain a pipeline of prospects within our CRM system
• Follow up consistently to maximize client engagement and enrollment opportunities
• Overcome objections and confidently guide clients through the decision-making process
• Complete client financial profiles for underwriting review
• Maintain compliance with all company policies and industry regulations
• Achieve individual performance goals and contribute to team success

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of sales experience (inside sales, outside sales, or phone sales preferred)
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and closing skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and coachable mindset
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
• Commitment to professionalism, integrity, and exceptional customer service
• Debt settlement or financial services experience is a plus
