Step into an impactful school-based opportunity in occupational therapy, providing essential services to K-12 students in a dynamic academic environment near Washington, DC. This full-time, onsite contract position is ideal for an OT who thrives with diverse caseloads and values making a meaningful difference daily. Desired Qualifications:
- Active and current OT license is required
- Prior experience in a school setting is highly preferred
- Strong ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Enthusiastic about serving students of varying ages and abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and deliver individualized OT services to students
- Develop and implement student-centered therapy plans
- Work closely with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
- Maintain clear, accurate records in compliance with school and professional guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning
- Provide consultation and training to teachers and staff as needed

Compensation for this position ranges from $29.40 to $59.40. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals. Full details of our healthcare benefits plan can be found here. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
