Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Physical Therapy is required
• Active Physical Therapist Licensure in Washington
• Recent experience in a school-based or pediatric physical therapy setting preferred
• Strong collaborative skills for working closely with teachers, staff, and families
• Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational abilities
• Ability and willingness to work full-time on-site

Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized (1:1) physical therapy services to students with a variety of needs
• Conduct assessments and develop tailored treatment plans supporting educational goals
• Collaborate with educational teams to integrate therapy into students’ learning environments
• Document progress and maintain detailed records in compliance with school and state regulations
• Communicate regularly with parents, caregivers, and staff about student progress and adjustments to therapy strategies
• Actively participate in IEP (Individualized Education Program) meetings as needed
