Facilities Maintenance
We are seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance professional to join our team in Marshall, MI. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance, repair, and installation tasks to ensure the proper functioning and safety of our facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform skilled maintenance, repairs, and installations on electrical wiring, devices, and fixtures.
- Maintain and repair plumbing systems, pipes, and related equipment.
- Service refrigeration units to ensure optimal performance.
- Install, maintain, and repair door locking systems and access controls.
- Maintain fire and security system equipment, including video cameras and alarm systems.
- Perform maintenance and repairs on heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, HVAC, and security systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair various mechanical and electrical systems.
- Familiarity with fire and sprinkler systems maintenance.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
