As a Wellness Coordinator, you are often the first impression of Precision Wellness and a big part of what makes the experience feel clear, calm, and personal from the moment someone reaches out.

What You’ll Do as a Wellness Coordinator:

Create a warm, polished, and highly organized guest experience while protecting the flow of the day, supporting the team, and helping each client feel welcomed, cared for, and confident in what comes next.

Guest Experience + Front Desk Flow
You will help every visit feel smooth, professional, and personal.
This includes:

• Welcoming guests with warmth, gratitude and professionalism.
• Answering calls, texts, and messages with clarity and care
• Helping guests understand services, memberships, scheduling options, and next steps
• Supporting check-in and check-out flow with accuracy and efficiency
• Creating a front desk environment that feels calm, clean, and inviting

Scheduling + Coordination
You will:

• Coordinate appointments with attention to provider fit, timing, and service flow
• Support rebooking, membership visits, and continuity of care
• Help prevent scheduling errors, gaps, and unnecessary confusion
• Communicate clearly with providers and team members throughout the day
• Anticipate needs and solve small issues before they become bigger ones

Client Support + Studio Operations
You will play a key role in helping the studio run smoothly behind the scenes.
You will:

• Assist clients with questions about services, appointments, memberships, and policies
• Complete data entry and booking updates accurately
• Support daily operational tasks that keep the front desk organized and efficient
• Adapt quickly when the day shifts, while staying calm and professional
• Help create a guest experience that is thoughtful, personal and red carpet.
