Job Description:Job Title: Client Onboarding RepresentativeLocation: Springfield, MissouriEmployment Type: Full TimeShift: Monday - Friday 8:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M.Job Summary:As part of our dedicated Client Services Team, the Client Onboarding Representative plays a crucial role in welcoming and guiding prospective clients throughout their initial journey with us. This vital position ensures that first-time visitors enjoy a seamless and informative process, paving the way for successful appointments and enduring partnerships.With a focus on excellence in both verbal and written communications, along with meticulous attention to detail, the Client Onboarding Representative manages essential administrative tasks, maintains efficient records, performs thorough screenings, schedules assessments, and expertly navigates insurance requirements.
