Senior Construction Estimator
Fort Myers, FL
We're looking for an experienced Senior Estimator to join a well-established commercial general contractor in the Fort Myers market. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys owning the estimating process and wants to be part of a stable, growing construction team.
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of commercial construction estimating experience
- Strong background in interior renovations, tenant improvements and fit-outs , ideally projects up to $5M
- Ability to lead estimates from start to finish
- Strong quantity takeoff experience
- Ability to read drawings, interpret specifications and develop complete scopes
- Solid understanding of subcontractor pricing, labor, materials and market conditions
- Southwest Florida/Fort Myers market knowledge is a plus
