As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Readiness in Beverly Hills, CA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for tenants, visitors, and staff. You will respond to security-related concerns, communicate professionally, and deliver outstanding customer service. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, tenant concerns, access issues, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; document observations and actions according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of commercial property grounds, building exteriors, parking areas, common areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe conditions throughout the property; report maintenance concerns, hazards, suspicious activity, and policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Maintain accurate daily activity reports, incident reports, and shift communications while following Allied Universal and site-specific requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
