CCUS Strategic Partnership Manager | dCarbon Ventures | BKV Corporation BKV Corporation (NYSE: BKV) is scaling one of the most active CCUS platforms in North America through dCarbon Ventures, our joint venture platform advancing carbon capture, utilization, and storage across the natural gas value chain. We're hiring a CCUS Strategic Partnership Manager to own the day-to-day partnership with our JV stakeholders, from board governance and investment materials to diligence on new opportunities. This is a build seat: you'll set the cadence for how a fast‑growing energy transition JV runs. What you own Serve as the primary point of contact for JV partners, managing communications and follow‑through Prepare and coordinate board materials, pre‑reads, and governance cadence Partner across Finance, Legal, Commercial, and Development to align on reporting and investment decisions Build investment materials and manage partner diligence, including data requests and Q&A Evaluate new partnership opportunities alongside the CCUS deal team Support capital call coordination with the dCV Capital Strategy Manager What you bring MBA in Economics or related field 5‑10 years in investment banking, consulting, corporate development, or private equity, with direct experience interfacing with JV or strategic partners Fluency in partnership economics – oil and gas experience is a plus, not a requirement A track record of managing multiple stakeholders and workstreams independently, in a fast‑paced environment Why this role Direct visibility with BKV executive leadership and dCarbon Ventures' JV partners from day one, on a platform still being built.
