Product Design and Development Manager

Product Design and Development Manager (Full Time - Hybrid - San Francisco, CA) Abbreviated is a fast‑growing e‑commerce brand making better‑fitting clothing for shorter men. We serve thousands of customers each month and are looking for a Product Design & Development Manager to help build and scale our product line. This is a hands‑on role for someone who enjoys both design and execution. The right person will own product development while working closely with the founder on product design and assortment. You’ll play a key role in bringing new products from concept through production. What you’ll do Manage the process from concept to production Create and maintain tech packs and product specifications Coordinate sampling and product revisions Communicate with manufacturing partners and vendors Help shape the product assortment and future product roadmap Work closely with the founder on product design and iteration Maintain organized product documentation and development timelines This role is intentionally hands‑on. The right person will be comfortable executing development work directly while helping refine the overall product offering.
