Pay & Benefits

• Hourly Pay Rate: $50.70/hr

What You'll Do

• Provide outpatient GI consultations and follow-up care
• Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures including EGDs, colonoscopies, ERCPs, and GI stent placements
• Manage emergent GI cases, active bleeds, and complex patient needs
• Collaborate with support staff and other providers to ensure quality care
• Respond to after-hours emergency calls (approx. 1-2/week)
• Document procedures and patient encounters using EMR (Meditech)
• Participate in procedural scope expansion and workflow optimization discussions

What You Need

• Active Kentucky medical license
• Board certification in Gastroenterology
• 2+ years of relevant clinical experience
• Proficiency with GI procedures: endoscopies, biopsies, ERCP, stent placements
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage a diverse, often complex patient population
