Massage Therapist

Position Summary:

As a Massage Therapist/Esthetician at The Seagate Hotel & Spa, you will provide professional and luxurious treatments to our esteemed guests and members. You'll uphold the highest standards of service, ensuring each guest receives personalized attention and experiences the ultimate in relaxation and rejuvenation.

Responsibilities:

Perform 60, 90, and 120-minute treatments according to certification and training.
Provide personalized guest service by understanding and responding to guest needs and expectations.
Review guest notes in SpaSoft and complete medical history/waivers before each treatment.
Maintain a clean and orderly work environment, ensuring treatment and personal equipment are in safe and working condition.
Keep an adequate supply of towels, sheets, and other supplies in an organized manner within treatment rooms.
Interact courteously with guests and members, answering questions about facilities and services.
Promote spa services and retail products to enhance guest experience.
Maintain current Florida State licenses and stay informed about all aspects of spa operations, including services and retail sales.
Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety practices at all times.
Attend departmental meetings and participate in training sessions as required.
Perform any other duties assigned by management to support spa operations.

Education :

Massage Therapist/Esthetician Florida License.

Skills and Abilities:

Proficiency in English communication.
Ability to work flexible schedules, including holidays and weekends, and handle multiple tasks effectively.
Professional demeanor suitable for a luxury environment.
Graduate from an accredited school with a current Florida Massage Therapist/Esthetician license.
Minimum of 2 years practical experience in massage therapy and/or esthetics.
Must perform a practical service during the interview process to demonstrate skills.

Physical Requirements:

Must thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess physical fitness to lift, pull, and push items up to 50 pounds.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and sit for extended periods as necessary during treatments and guest interactions.
