About the job Travel Reservations Agent
We are seeking organized and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Travel Reservations Agents. In this remote role, you will assist clients with planning and booking travel arrangements, including accommodations, transportation, and vacation packages.
- Assist clients with booking travel arrangements, including hotels, flights, cruises, and vacation packages
- Provide professional and timely customer support throughout the booking process
- Research travel options and present recommendations based on client preferences and budgets
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and reservations
- Communicate with travel suppliers to confirm bookings and resolve issues
- Stay informed on travel updates, policies, and available offerings
- Must be 18 years or older
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Customer service experience preferred, but not required
- Basic computer skills and ability to navigate online platforms
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Reliable internet connection and access to a computer or smartphone
- Flexible work schedule
