Position Summary The HRIS Analyst partners with the HR team and other internal stakeholders to analyze work process design and flow, improve processes and leverage the return on technological capabilities. The HRIS Analyst builds project plans, ensures adherence to project schedules, maintains a systems orientation and works effectively with peers to set technology priorities and conduct long‑term planning. This position also serves as a technical point‑of‑contact and assists subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity, testing system changes, report writing, and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities. The HRIS Analyst also supports HRMS upgrades, patches, testing and other technical projects as assigned. We are seeking an HRIS Analyst to serve Gifthealth’s human data capability needs, supporting the HR team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, operational excellence, and compliance standards. Key Responsibilities Oversee and maintain optimal function of the HRIS, including installation, customization, development, maintenance, and upgrade of applications, systems, and modules. Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to HRIS users. Collaborate with executive leadership and HR staff to identify system improvements and enhancements; recommend and implement solutions. Manage permissions, access, personalization, and similar system operations and settings for HRIS users. Compile or assist with the acquisition of complex data reports, summaries, and logs for senior executives and HR staff. Serve as lead representative and liaison between HR, information services, external vendors, and other stakeholders for HRIS design and implementation projects. Ensure system compliance with data security and privacy requirements. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in information technology, human resources management, business administration, or related field (Required) Experience: 2 to 4 years of experience as an HRIS administrator or analyst (Required) 1+ years of experience with Paylocity (Preferred) Thorough understanding of all areas of information systems with a highly technical understanding of at least one commercial HRIS product (Required) Familiarity with human resource policies and procedures to ensure the HRIS meets organizational needs and goals (Required) Understanding and use of qualitative/quantitative measurement and data collection design principles (Required) Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Required) Excellent interpersonal and technical support skills (Required) Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills (Required) Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail (Required) Excellent time‑management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines (Required) Ability to keep information confidential (Required) Ability to use effective approaches for choosing a course of action and developing appropriate solutions to issues that arise (Required) Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software (Required) Work Environment Location: Hybrid Schedule: 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Monday through Friday with night and weekend hours on occasion as determined by the needs of the business. Regular meetings with internal Compliance, Quality Assurance, Operations, and HR teams. This role will also participate in meetings with vendor and implementation partner representatives. Key Essential Must be able to remain in a stationary position for extended periods while writing or reviewing documentation. Must be able to work on a computer for the entire shift. Must be able to attend virtual meetings with cross‑functional teams.
