Project Coordinator

Resonant Energy Boston, MA (Hybrid). Full‑time, regular. Hybrid schedule: 3 days in Boston office, 2 days remote after initial 3‑month in‑office training period. Monday‑Friday, 9‑5 PM with 1‑hour lunch; occasional evenings and weekends. Target start date: August 3, 2026. Responsibilities You will support Project Managers across the full project lifecycle, organizing documentation, managing file systems, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. You will also own the submission and tracking of utility interconnection and incentive applications, serving as Resonant’s primary contact with utilities for coordination and portal navigation. As Resonant expands into new states across the Northeast, you will help research permitting and interconnection requirements in new markets and build the processes that support that growth.
