Overview of the Role The SSR Account Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of 40‑45 small and mid‑sized clients, focusing on maintaining client satisfaction, managing proactive relationships, and identifying potential risks to ensure smooth client interactions. Key Responsibilities Owning day‑to‑day client interactions and conducting systematic check‑ins at 30/60/90 day intervals. Monitoring client satisfaction and escalating risks to senior leadership. Tracking key updates and maintaining comprehensive internal records. Supporting internal coordination with Delivery and other teams. Contributing to client retention and referral initiatives. Requirements Experience: 2+ years in Customer Success, Account Coordination, or similar roles. Industry: Preferably in software outsourcing or recruiting services. Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with Software Development roles. Account Management: Experience managing high‑volume accounts. Travel: Availability to travel 20% of the time.
