Trainer

Job Overview The PACE Trainer position is responsible for creating, designing, developing, and facilitating all clinical, non-clinical, and corporate training programs across PACE locations. The role collaborates with various departments and functional leaders/subject matter experts to develop standardized training materials, utilizes creative and adaptive teaching techniques to accommodate PACE staff learning needs, and trains all PACE staff on new workflows, processes, systems, and key initiatives to implement standardized, cost‑effective, efficient protocols focused on quality patient care in PACE settings. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree in the healthcare field or equivalent work experience. Master’s degree preferred. Minimum of 3 years of hands‑on training experience in developing training programs, procedures, and routines, preferably in healthcare organizations. Soft/hard skills training and experience required. Experience in interdisciplinary team environments highly desirable. Experience handling multiple projects simultaneously. Experience developing Learning Management System training modules preferred. Compensation $91,931.28 - $114,914.10 annually. Salary offers are considered by various factors, including budget, experience, skills, education, licensure, certifications, and other business considerations. The range is subject to change. This role may also qualify for discretionary bonuses or incentives.
