Capital Health in Trenton, NJ is seeking a Diabetes Educator RN for a full-time day shift in the Maternal Fetal Medicine program. You will provide diabetes self-management education, plan and present patient- and provider-focused education, and help develop materials that meet diverse learning needs. The role requires RN licensure in NJ, BLS certification, and the goal of obtaining CDE within 12 months. Strong communication and collaboration across teams are essential. #J-18808-Ljbffr
