Email Marketing Specialist

Our client is seeking a CRM & Retention Marketing Manager to lead email, SMS, retention, and lead reactivation campaigns. This is a hands-on, performance-driven role focused on generating revenue through direct-response marketing. The ideal candidate has experience managing high-volume outbound campaigns, optimizing performance through testing, and driving measurable business results. Key Responsibilities Build and manage email, SMS, promotional, and reactivation campaigns. Develop automated customer journeys and follow-up sequences. Execute A/B testing across messaging, offers, creative, and timing. Manage lead databases and support list acquisition efforts. Improve deliverability, list hygiene, sender reputation, and campaign performance. Track and report on engagement, conversion, retention, and ROI metrics. Partner with leadership to maximize revenue from existing leads and customers. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in CRM, retention, lifecycle, email, or direct-response marketing. Experience managing large-scale email and SMS campaigns. Strong understanding of deliverability, segmentation, campaign optimization, and list management.
