Overview TRC is seeking a self-starter and innovative Marketing Coordinator for work across multiple channels with multiple clients, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities. This position will support communications and marketing efforts to reach the diverse communities we serve and want to serve. You will work across varied projects, conduct research, and produce business-to-business and business-to-consumer-related content to encourage participation in energy efficiency programs. Responsibilities Coordinate marketing activities and timelines across campaigns. Support execution of email marketing, social media, and digital marketing. Help maintain marketing collateral and brand materials. Track campaign performance metrics and prepare summary reports. Assist with logistics for events and community outreach. Qualifications High school diploma, GED, or bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience). 0–3 years of experience in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related area. Compensation In accordance with local law, the below salary range is applicable for the job and location associated with this requisition. Compensation will vary based upon experience, education, skill level, geographical location, and other compensable factors. Other Compensation: Employee may be eligible for participation in the Company’s annual Discretionary Bonus Program which is contingent on Company, Business Segment, and Individual performance against Key Performance Indicators which vary by year and employee.
