Marketing Coordinator

A growing company is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support day-to-day marketing activities, digital campaigns, trade show coordination, and administrative marketing operations. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their marketing career who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to grow within a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

• Support marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and email platforms
• Assist with content updates, proofreading, and promotional materials
• Coordinate trade show logistics, registrations, and vendor communication
• Maintain marketing calendars and promotional inventory
• Process invoices and support marketing administrative functions
• Assist with company newsletters and ongoing marketing initiatives

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• 1+ years of marketing or internship experience
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication and attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Adobe Creative Cloud experience is a plus
