Analyst - Revenue Operations

Our teams deliver the Holman Experience by treating our customers and each other as we would like to be treated, and creating positive, rewarding relationships all around.The automotive markets Holman serves include fleet management and leasing; vehicle fabrication and upfitting; component manufacturing and productivity solutions; powertrain distribution and logistics services; commercial and personal insurance and risk management; and retail automotive sales as one of the largest privately owned dealership groups in the United States.What will you do?Review incoming sales proposals for pricing accuracy, discount compliance, contract adherence, and approval completeness.Support sales representatives with deal structure, pricing guidance, approval requirements, and risk identification.Work closely with Legal regarding contract language, redlines, and exceptions to standard terms.Track and support deal approval workflows, turnaround times, and process bottlenecks.Ensure key contract and commercial details are accurately entered into Salesforce and related systems.Monitor and report on pricing compliance, discount leakage, and commercial risk trends.Configure and maintain sales compensation plan records, participant assignments, quotas, and payout rules.Conduct routine audits of compensation data, payout calculations, and performance metrics to ensure accuracy and compliance.Investigate compensation disputes, anomalies, and payout variances and recommend corrective actions.Partner with Finance and HR to support compensation governance, budgeting, and plan administration.Deliver recurring and ad hoc reporting on sales performance, attainment, payouts, pricing compliance, deal activity, and operational effectiveness.Support dashboards and reporting tools that support business decision making.Identify opportunities to automate processes, improve controls, and increase operational efficiency.Maintain documentation, standard operating procedures, controls, and audit trails.Support strategic Revenue Operations initiatives and special projects as assigned.Perform all other duties and special projects as assignedWhat are we looking for?Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.Minimum 2-4 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Deal Desk, Sales Compensation, Finance, Business Analytics, or similar analytical roles.Experience supporting pricing, contract review, incentive compensation, commercial operations, or financial analysis.Experience auditing data, identifying trends, and translating findings into actionable business recommendations.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment while maintaining data accuracy.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft ExcelExperience with Salesforce, reporting platforms, compensation management systems, CRM applications, contract lifecycle management platforms, or workflow tools preferred.Training in compensation administration, sales operations, pricing strategy, revenue operations, contract management, or business analytics is preferredAdditional education, certifications, or other distinctions are a plusStrong math, organization, critical thinking, and problem solving skillsProactive, organized approach to multitasking and prioritizationEffectively manages time and consistently meets deadlines with some guidance from managerStrong verbal and written communication skillsStrong research and presentation skillsStrong interpersonal and customer service skillsAbility to summarize and express information and ideas in a clear and organized manner#LI-HYBRID#LI-MS1At Holman, we exist to provide rewarding careers and better lives for employees and their families.
