Key Responsibilities As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Central Cure Network, your responsibilities will include: Conducting assessments, evaluations, and therapeutic sessions with couples and families. Implementing individualized and family-centered treatment plans based on comprehensive evaluations. Providing therapy for a wide range of issues, including but not limited to: Alcohol Abuse Physical/Psychological Abuse Grief and Loss Family Conflicts Job Stress Adjustment to Separation and Divorce Communication Difficulties Facilitating both group and individual therapies to support family dynamics. Documenting progress and maintaining accurate client records in compliance with regulations. Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive treatment for clients. Participating in professional development opportunities to enhance skills and clinical effectiveness. Patient Population / Client Focus Our therapists primarily work with diverse populations, including couples, adults, and adolescents. We tackle a variety of mental health issues, tailoring our approach to effectively address each patient's unique situation and challenges. Within our outpatient facility, therapists are encouraged to engage with their patient populations meaningfully, ensuring that every client receives personalized support during therapy. Qualifications The ideal candidates will possess: A current and active state license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field. Strong passion for patient care and a commitment to clinical excellence. Preferred Experience While we welcome recently licensed candidates, we also value experience in the field. Ideal candidates should have: A strong foundation in evidence-based therapeutic techniques and family systems theory. Previous experience in outpatient therapy settings. Flexibility to maintain a therapist caseload of 30 hours or more per week.
