About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of People & Culture to lead the strategic and operational HR functions within its multi-site manufacturing organization. The successful candidate will be a hands-on HR executive with a strong background in operational HR, a commitment to safety and compliance, and the ability to enhance employee engagement. This role is pivotal in building and maintaining a safe, compliant, and highly engaged workforce, and the VP will work closely with executive and operations leadership to develop and implement HR systems, policies, and processes that support the company's growth. Key responsibilities include overseeing employee relations, talent acquisition, compliance, safety, leadership development, HR operations, and workforce planning. The ideal candidate for the Vice President of People & Culture position at the company will be a strategic HR leader capable of balancing operational excellence with long-term people strategy across multiple locations. The role demands a professional who can strengthen employee engagement and build scalable people practices that enhance leadership, culture, and workforce performance. A deep understanding of operational HR, a strong commitment to safety and compliance, and the ability to partner with executive and operations leadership are essential. The VP will be instrumental in shaping the people function and must be prepared to take on a hands-on role in a dynamic, growing organization.
