1. Advisor Development Track

Partner with a Seasoned Senior Advisor

Ideal for advisors looking to accelerate growth through mentorship, advanced planning exposure, and institutional support.

Compensation

• Base Salary: $75,000–$90,000
• Performance Bonuses
• Total Compensation Potential: Up to $250,000+ annually

• 80%–85% Commission Payout
• Total Compensation Potential: $325,000–$450,000+ annually

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

• 3–5 years of financial advisory experience
• Demonstrated success working with high-net-worth clients
• Existing book of business with approximately $25M–$50M in AUM
• FINRA Series 7 License
• Series 63 or 66
• Series 65 or 66
• Active State Insurance Licenses:
  • Health
  • Life
  • Variable Products

Required Qualifications:

• Four-year college degree or equivalent experience
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong business development capabilities
• Desire to grow within a coaching and peer-learning environment
• Proven track record of consistent production and client retention
• Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and communication skills
