Position Details:

This direct hire role is part time, on call, and performs office services work. Hours will range within M-F: 7:30AM- 4:30PM. No nights, no weekends. All locations worked will be in the Downtown Chicago Area. Dress code business professional. Learn in a office setting what truly makes an office work in the legal and corporate business areas.

Hourly Compensation: $17.00-19.00 USD per hour, DOE

Responsibilities

This direct hire role is part time, on call, and performs office services work. Other duties include:

• Operating mailing, copy and fax equipment
• Maintain the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude
• Shipping & Receiving
• Ordering supplies
• Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands in a high volume, production environment
• Adhere to all safety procedures
• Perform other tasks as assigned

Qualifications

The Copy/Mail Team Member will possess excellent communication skills both verbal and written, is effectively able to work independently and in a team environment, in addition to:

• Position requires long periods of walking and standing to perform job functions in the mailroom/service dock.
• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) - College Degree is a plus and allows a fast track plan to management
• Customer Service/ Hospitality/ Retail background preferred
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Keyboarding and windows environment PC skills
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment
• Lifting up to 55 pounds
