Banquet Captain

Responsibilities As a lead role model, set up banquets to customer satisfaction, serve food, and supervise the Banquet employees. Assign duties to Banquet staff throughout the shift Break down the portable bar, return the liquor to the secured location odd placement event ending at the front of the job description Contribute to overall cleanliness and organization of facility and event location Maintain a safe work environment and maintain a safe environment for guests? Physically setting up banquet tables, chairs, stage, linens, and other equipment or furniture, etc. in preparation for banquet events Responsible that the bar billing is accurate and money drops completed by the end of the shift Schedule all shifts for Banquet staff Other duties as assigned Requirements 1+ years serving or similar experience Banquet bartending experience is desired Ability to take direction, be receptive to employee inquiries, and foster a team environment Capacity to execute all beverages on TSEs menu Abide by legal standards and alcohol training guidelines for alcohol service to guests Work varied hours/days, nights, weekends and holidays, weather conditions, as needed Must have the ability to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for an entire shift Must show up for all company-required meetings and scheduled shifts on time Must be a minimum of 18 years old Must be able to lift 30-50 lbs. regularly * This job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required. The minimum criteria for employee eligibility are 1) employees must be 21 years of age or older and 2) must work 250 hours in 90 days or an average of 1,000 hours in one year. Triple Shift Entertainment will match qualified 401(k) contributions as follows: $1 for $1 for the first 3% and $0.50 for $1 on the next 2% on what employee contributes to their 401(k) and you are considered fully vested immediately.
