Print & Digital Advertising Operations Coordinator

Position Summary
\nTimes Media Group is seeking a highly organized Print & Digital Advertising Operations Coordinator to manage the daily flow of advertising from Sales through production and final publication across our print and digital products.
\n \nThis is a fast-paced, deadline-driven role that requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple advertising orders and deadlines simultaneously.
\n \nKey Responsibilities

- Coordinate the daily trafficking of print and digital advertising from order through publication or campaign launch. \n
- Review ad orders and creative materials for accuracy, completeness, specifications, and deadlines. \n
- Coordinate with Sales, Design and Production to ensure ads move through the workflow efficiently. \n
- Manage advertiser proofs, revisions, approvals, and last-minute changes. \n
- Track missing artwork, creative, approvals, and other items needed to meet deadlines. \n
- Coordinate digital ad scheduling, creative delivery, URLs, and campaign requirements. \n
- Ensure print and digital advertising is published accurately and according to contracted specifications. \n
- Troubleshoot production and trafficking issues and communicate solutions quickly. \n
- Maintain advertising schedules, production calendars, and workflow tracking. \n
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, communication, and overall ad operations. \n
Qualifications
\n- \n
- 2+ years of experience in advertising operations, ad trafficking, publishing, media, newspaper/magazine production, or a related field. \n
- Exceptional organization and attention to detail. \n
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities in a fast-paced environment. \n
- Strong communication and customer service skills. \n
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite or familiarity with advertising creative files preferred. \n
- Experience with Magazine Manager, Digital Studio, or similar publishing/ad systems preferred. \n
- Knowledge of both print and digital advertising workflows is highly desirable. \n
