Key Responsibilities Strategize and achieve business growth and profitability targets. Strengthen and nurture relationships with customers and vendors. Lead and mentor a high‑performing sales team to exploit market opportunities. Formulate and execute annual sales plans to boost market presence. Analyze market trends to identify new business avenues. Collaborate across functions to optimize sales processes and strategies. Act as a trusted leader, providing support and strategic advice to team members. Required Qualifications 5+ years in HVAC sales leadership, with a strong track record of success. 3+ years in managing a sales team generating $100+ million in revenue. Bachelor's degree required. Proven ability to lead through influence, earning respect and motivating others. Experience in consultative B2B sales. Strong change management skills and a deep understanding of business culture.
